Where do you ship to?

  • Currently we only ship to Canada and U.S.A

Where are your products made?

  • Our products are created and designed by a Canadian Forces Veteran & spouse in Canada. Printing and assembly is also done in Canada.

Do you accept large orders?

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

  • Be on the lookout on our social media & website for promotional codes. We also are happy to provide special coupon code for businesses, organizations, Not-for-profits

How long does shipping take?

  • For Canadian customers dependent on your location; 3-10 business days
  • For U.S.A customers dependent on your location; 5-12 business days

Do you accept returns?

  • We offer returns within the first 30 days of your purchase.
  • Eligibility for returns: your item must be unused and in the original condition. Receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for returns. Upon receiving the returned items in original unused condition a refund will be given.

What if my items are damaged?

  • If you receive your items damaged, we will happily exchange the same item. Please send us an email so we can arrange an exchange for you.

  •  Services are provided by a Registered Social Worker in Alberta, licensed under the ACSW,
  • Qualified SMART Recovery Facilitator, ( Including Family & Friends )
  • Currently working towards becoming Somatic Practitioner

What group Facilitation credentials, skills and experience does Veteran Visions have?

  • Qualified SMART Recovery Facilitator, 
  • Experience with peer-support groups for Veterans & First responders,
  • Experience with post-treatment (addictions) groups.

What experience does Veteran Visions have with working with Veterans & First Responders?

  • Experience working with Veterans and First Responders dealing with homelessness, life transitions, navigate civilian life, financial stressors, independent living;
  • Experience working with Veterans and First responders dealing and navigating addictions, Post Treatment, Post-treatment planning, big life transitions, navigating health relationships, boundaries;
  • Services are provided by a Veteran who understands the military culture, military values, VAC, Military life, Shift-work, Postings, and the impacts Military life/culture/  it has not just on the veteran/ first responder but the impact it has on families.

What is the minimum age to receive support?

  • Must be above 18 years of age to receive personalized support.

what gender(s) background does veteran visions support?

  • Veteran Visions is safe and open to work with Veterans, First responders and their families of all  cultures, genders and diverse background.
